Evolving Lead Gorilla
This afternoon, the weather was nice for the first time in a few weeks, so I decided to light up one of my last two Peterson Gran Reservas. This line has been discontinued due to poor sales, but I really like this cigar. It has a distinctive tart, oily taste that just lights up my tongue. Today's cigar was easily one of the best of the box.
I was half-way through when I had to stop by the library to pick up a Form 1040 Instruction book (no Turbo Tax for me!). When I returned to the car, the cigar had gone out. No problem -- I reached for my matches and found I only had one left. I lit it, held the flame to the foot of the cigar--- and poof, a gust of wind came through the window and doused the match. Having no other form of fire, I was forced to ditch the rest of the cigar.
Now, I'm regretting a great cigar that was cut off before its time. & I'm down to only one Peterson left...
