This might be a noob question but Help me out!!

Looks like the little critter decided to munch on the wrapper for awhile before submerging into the body!

I checked my bands... whew... I thought that might be a Dona Flor cigar!:tu
 
Take it back , you paid for a nice smoke :ss you should have one. And any B&M that is worth it's salt will exchange it :tu and be happy to do so. :bl
 
bring it back and explain calmly and reasonable what the problem is. a good business will take them back and replace.

Get ugly only after non compliance, and make sure u have another B&M close by or try the one line guys.
