This tugged at my heart ...

El Jefe

Young Ape
Just came back from walking the dogs at the park. While I was sitting there enjoying a Partagas watching my furry kids play, an elderly woman came up to me. She had watery eyes and said "I have to tell you your cigar smells so good. I really miss the smell, especially the Davidoffs." Then she smiles a little and walked away.

Obviously she had someone who was close to her smoking cigars that was no longer around. Amazing how right out of nowhere the impact of something you do brings out such emotions and memories in others.

I just had to give my wife a nice long hug when I got in the door.

wow. that's an interesting story, can't say I've ever heard of that happening. possibly her late husband or something?

makes ya thankful for what you got, doesn't it?

That is great...I hope she goes to a B&M and picks up a cigar and smokes it for the memory.

Very nice story, I had a young lady tell me that before, she told me it reminded her of her father. Yes we exchanged phone numbers:)

In a day and age when most people are going for the scalps of us smokers, it's great to hear something like this...

Very emotional story.... ...Or maybe she was sad because she misses her Davidoffs that her doctor told her not to smoke anymore.

Great story. It's amazing how many women have told me that they love the smell of the cigar I'm smoking because it reminds them of their Grandad.
