To RG or not to RG

I will NOT start a trend toward smoking smaller rg. You can't make me, you can't...make...me.

But dammit ... the Montecristo Joyita I smoked on the drive home was just right - tons of smoke, full of flavor, completed in just the right time.

(If ya got em, smoke em.)

I have a long Tat Havana VI sitting in the humi. I'm too lazy to look it up right now, but it is real long with a small ring guage. It may be the next to go up in flame.

When I saw the title of the thread I thought you wanted advice on whether to give someone some rg!

I have an Oliva V lancero that will die a firey death soon. I prefer the fatty's, but look forward to trying this skinny one. I really enjoy trying different stuff, thats half the fun for me.

I agree totally! These little dudes are quite pleasing for being such a small smoke!

Don, Mr. Joed introduced me to the jos on smaller RG smokes. Panatellas and pc's have quickly become favorites no matter the vitola.

I enjoy cigars of all RG's, but my favorite is the 5x50 robusto... This pic is of a 5x70 Perdomo Imnesa I smoked on vacation last summer...

I like some skinnies sometimes.
I smoke too fast. Because of that, I often miss the nuances that other guys catch from a strong cigar. I find that I can usually catch those things if I smoke the same cigar of a smaller rg.
I tend to smoke smaller ones slower, too. Don't know why?

The Joyita is a little powerbomb of a smoke. I didnt a little 4 1/2x26 stick could pack that kind of flavor and strength. 20 minutes of pure delight. But damn, those little things are pricey!:ss
