Bought my wife a new horse trailer. For her, that is far better than flowers.
She was very happy.

I don't care if it's new or not, you shouldn't keep your wife in a horse trailer. I believe that's spousal abuse.

My wife offered to get me cigars, but I told her the humi was full. & we don't have room for another humi.

Instead, she got me a frame so I can put a picture of our newborn daughter on my desk at work.

oh, and a bottle of 15-year old Glennfiddich single malt. my second favorite scotch in the world... (the first being the 21-yr old Glennfiddich, blended and aged in cuban rum barrels... illegal in the US, of course)

guess what I caught on VD day?

When your wife goes for a ride does she say "Hi Ho Silver!"?
Of course I'm talking about the horse.;)

My girlfriend turned into my fiancee for Valentines Day. Lets hope she stays that way. She is anti-smoking so we are having to learn to compromise. Thats what makes the gifts from her so enjoyable. They are shown below.

Kayak, That's so cool.
I know that in this manly world of cigar chomping, etc. you'll hear guys poking fun at their wives or about being married, but I gotta tell ya, there's nothing better than havin' a great wife.
I'm blessed as I'm married to my best friend (who, while she doesn't smoke cigars, is happy I enjoy them so much.)
Congratulations to you and your bride to be. I hope you have all the happiness and joy that my wife and I have shared over these many years!
Don't forget to pass out cigars at the wedding!

Jeez...I was so excited about what I was getting I forgot to mention what I got Marie...besides a dozen beautiful roses, she received a Pave diamond heart shaped pendant made of Swarovski crystal...and she made a great romantic dinner for us...mozarella and plum tomatos caprese, swordfish (lime cilantro marinade), asparagus (good brain food), thai chili rice, fresh strawberries and cream for dessert, washed down by a great Mondavi Private Selection Pinot Noir...it doesn't get much better other than to add the cigar I'm gonna smoke in a few...:D

Man, you ARE a "romancer!"

I mean, I can't even pronounce the stuff you're talking about!

Is the Pinot Noir anything like a Pabst Blue Ribbon???

Thanks bro. She is my best friend. I think we will be great together.

I am passing out cigars for shure. It is inevitable.

my wife got me a can opener for valentines day

????????????????????
i reckon it matches the blender that she got me for x mas?

lol

she allways complains that she cant ever buy me a decent present because if i feel i want something i go out and get it right then.

ofcoarse she got the usual flowers, chocolates and jewelry....
and she never says much when i buy stuff or decide to go somewhere
so a can opener is zactly what i wanted!

k

I got my girl some flowers and invited her to the movie theatre ;). She gifted me a wood box she decorated (she and her mom own a flower and gift shop :)) and put inside some snacks, chips, beer and cigars :).

:r :r No, not THAT kind of rock!

Have you ever seen "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown"? They all go out trick-or-treating for Halloween, and later on they're all looking at what kind of goodies they got, and Charlie Brown ends up with a bag of rocks.

Totally changes the picture, doesn't it? LOL!!!

Thanks for the best wishes anyway! ;)

I got a big laugh. My wife took my four year old with her to the B&M, and let him tell the man "I'd like to buy my dad a cigar". When the guy asked what kind of cigar does your dad like, my son replied "the stinky kind".

I ended up with three $10 Montecristo's. I had to put them in the humidor because I have the flu and didn't even want to handle them. One was in a yellow metal tube, and the other two I don't remember what they looked like. Got something to look forward to.

My Valentine's gift was great! Got a Xikar cutter a torch lighter and three great sticks: 1 Trinidad Fundadore, 1 Trinidad Robusto, 1 Cohiba Double Corona LE 2003 !!

I know, I hnow, she's a keeper!:r
