Nicely done, they look great!
Are you going to put any holes in the bottom of the trays to allow for air circulation?
Most of your questions have been addressed here:Very impressive work! What is your projected price for each tray? Give or take, how many sticks will each one hold? Also, since I'm not too familiar with Vinos, I have one last question. It looks like you have 7 drawers in yours right now, how much space is that left on the bottom there?

As for the space question - there are 12 shelf slots in the Vino, so a bit less than half of the Vino space is left at the bottom with 7 of the shelves, if that gives you an idea.
I'm guessing I need more time here, before I can get to it ( = Thanks for the answer about the space. The angle of the picture makes it look (to me) like there is a LOT less than half of it left.TravelingJ, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
I'd also like to know. I've just bought a vinotemp for storing cigars at my girlfriend's house and I have a lot that are not in boxes. Where can I get more information?

Sorry about that, hope this and DPD6030's post answers your questionsChasDen said:It all depends on the cigar and how you stack them.
I put some cigars in a few singles to get some pictures but never counted them.
I guess I should have.
I guess about 25 - 35 bigger RG cigars in a single high.
At least double that if they are a smaller RG cigar.
I will have to figure that out and write it down
That's much of my reason as well. With all my traveling, I rarely have a direct address to have things sent to ME. I was going to setup a 'remote storage' location with a family member that can take my packages...and a vinotemp seems to be about the easiest way for them to maintain things with minimal fuss on all sides.I've just bought a vinotemp for storing cigars at my girlfriend's house and I have a lot that are not in boxes.
Yes! It sure did. LOoks like we have a few shelf/drawer builders here (stayed up WAY too late last night looking through the threads on here of all the sites woodworkers). I guess it's time to try to figure out where my needs lie.Sorry about that, hope this and DPD6030's post answers your questions
