What do you value most about Club Stogie?

willingness to help out a brother/sister in need, respect for differing opinions, wealth of knowledge without a trace of snobbery, overall friendliness...do i need to go on?

CS is the only forum where everyone is treated equally and everyone is very generous! No other forum would give me 5 cigars a month for a whole year just so a newbie can taste different smokes (thanks MCS for all the great cigars you have given me)

CS truly makes me feel a true BOTL. Thanks for the memories...:tu
 
It is a brother/sisterhood that crosses from one side of the globe to the other.

Im totally new to this but i guess what i like seeing is people letting new guys like me ask for help. It's nice to be able to read about new things i might like to try and things a might not know to stay away from yet. This is my first post and i hope this is how to do it. Let me know if i need to update anything or if i need to post somewhere to introduce myself to the group. Thanx.:ss
 
I value the friendship, the knowledge, the fact that we are here for one thing, the fact there is no one here judging us for being cigar smokers, the fact that we can share cigars without expecting anything in return
 
Well, since I missed this thread two years ago, I'll post in it now. The best thing is my answer in 2006 would have been the exact same answer it is today.

Being new, I have to say the thing I value most so far is how friendly everyone has been. They answer all my questions and offer advice (even when it probably isn't the best, such as telling my wife to go make me a sandwhich:) ). Everyone is very knowledable and helpful. You all don't know how much we noobs apperciate it.
 
What I value most is beeing able to listen and be listened by other cigar smokers around the world who have helped anytime I've had a doubt; and not only that, it's also a neat community I enjoy beeing part of. Specially since few people over here that I know smoke cigars. Great jungle.
