Oh Jeeze such a difficult question.

Ill try to narrow it down to 4 lines,

Padron 1924
Padron 1964
Ashton VSG

Most people won't answer this straight up instead going "Why do I have to chose just one." I am pretty much willing to go that same cop out route but I can at least narrow it to 3:

- Padron 1964 Imperial M, beyond tasty!
- Diamond Crown Maximus #2, a wonderful flavorful killer smoke
- Davidoff Limited Edition 05 Intenso Robusto, just wow!!!!
 
From what I've had, I've got to go with the Padron 1964 and Tatuaje Cabinet.
