What is your smoking “atmosphere”?

MiloFinch's recent thread "Stormy Outside", where he discusses smoking on his back porch during his storm, got me to thinking about my favorite places to smoke. During my time in law school, the night before each final exam I would take a hour long walk around the state capital and school to help settle down my nerves. So for me, taking a nice walk while smoking my cigar is my favorite.

What are your favorite places to smoke a cigar? Sitting on your porch like MiloFinch? Walking around town? Bar? Or just sitting down in front of the computer posting messages on CS?
 
I love sit on the porch in the day time, but that's an extremely rare occurrence. It's hard for me to set aside an hour during the day light that, so I'm usually out at night =/.
 
I go out to a local park we have and sit on the benches if I'm smoking alone usually. I can just enjoy the view and relax. I also usually go in the evening so I catch the sun starting to set.

If it's late at night and I'm home I usually just outside and watch the stars.
 
Usually on a chair on my deck, in front of the fire pit....but in a couple weeks- it will also be the cigar room you all have seen so much of
 
I enjoy smoking on the back porch. However, a close second would have to be a couple of my favorite bars in town.

i like to sit by the lake and relax with a good smoke. the sunset reflecting across the water, the panoramic view of the newly greened horizon, the mild temperatures, lots of people watching, and a good smoke.

In the mountains by the lake or river, morning, noon or night. Weather it be fishing or sitting. Or even just with friends or under a cool star littered night. AWW hell anywhere I have a smoke! :ss
 
Forgot- Beach

I forgot one of my other "favorite" places- The Oregon Coast. My family has a condo on the Oregon Coast, and I have always enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the "rough" Pacific ocean. The only problem is the constant storms on the Oregon Coast. While I love to sit and watch the stormy Oregon Coast, I just cant enjoy smoking on the deck when sea mist is and sea foam is all around me.
 
Easy for me since i'm there 6 days a week. Maxamar Ultimate Cigars in Orange, CA. One of the last bastions of hope against the indoor cigar prohibition in California.
 
As long as the wind is very light, outside is great. But you miss the ambient smoke that you get inside, which adds another layer to the sensory experience. Either way, some ventilation is necessary for me.
 
Back patio, looking up into the night sky watching the stars, clouds, and small planes passing overhead. Contemplating the world and solving all of its problems.
