I think Robusto's would be my favorite size, even when I have more time I'm finding I'd rather smoke two different robustos, than one Churchill, sort of gives me a little variety, less chance of getting bored with a cigar. But with that said I have all sizes in the humidor, from Petit coronas, to A's..
I'm really into the perfecto shape. I have a really wide variety in my humidor though. As far as RG is concerned, I really don't care or take it into consideration all that often.
If I want to really taste the cigar to get an idea of it's flavor profile, then a PC is the way I go. If it's not my first of the brand and vitola then I will go with whatever size I have time for.
I love the size made popular by the legends series of famous cigar makers: 5.75x54 which is a great length and RG.....Especially the Rocky Patel Orange tabs.........Yummmmmmy.

The Illusione HL is only offered in a lancero, so the answer is usually what I'm smoking. For me, sometimes depends on the blend, but Robustos for a quick smoke and Churchills on the golf course. :tu
Used to be a Robusto... but lately I have really been loving the PC's and Lanceros... I really need to get my hands on some Taboo lanceros when Rob gets some more twists back in...
And I just picked up a 10er of the Padilla 8/11 Lanceros... can't wait to try one of those.
I used to be a bid Robusto and Torpedo fan, and I still have a lot of both in my humi, but lately I have been favoring the Petit Coronas, and the Lanceros. I think you get more flavor from the smaller RG's.
As mentioned already time is the biggest factor in this decision.
I like Rothschild the best, but they are not always made so that pushes me to a Robusto. I cant remember the last time I have smoked a churchill or something larger.
CA did a nice article about what size the manufacturers like to smoke. It went just like this thread, as I don't think they missed a size either.
I need to plan a trip to Toronto to see the CN Tower....
