Pretty much have to have an in with Carlito (as I believe moki does), or pay thru the nose/trade your life away to get them. Of course, you can get them at some of the CFCF charity auctions, but you'll still pay a pretty penny for them. A lot of those are one of a kind pieces, and honestly, probably wouldn't taste all that good with all the different tobaccos mixed in there (or so I've heard).
