I got my first batch from Heartfelt.
I talked to an outfit last week that makes them and they're supposed to let me know what it'll cost to do a run of them.
I haven't heard back just yet. Hopefully they'll get a lot cheaper.

Actually, writing with a Sharpie on the cap is not uncommon.

For $20 to have 500 of them isn't bad at all. I think it'd be a royal PITA to break up a bunch of them to only buy 125...for $5. I smoked more than $20 yesterday...

I ran a group buy of the bands and let me tell you, it is a HUGE PITA. It is not worth it to save a couple bucks. Maybe just split the order with one person and just split the stack in two closely equal stacks without counting. That might be worth it but don't ever try to count those suckers.

**EDIT** I should add that, in keeping with the great spirit of CS, a couple BOTL's threw in a couple extra bucks and one even sent me envelopes to mail the bands to everyone. So a big thank you!
