When not at my B&M. I mostly order from CI. I've also ordered many times from Famous, JR and Kioki Cigars. I've never had a problem from any of them.
 
So far, CI, CBid, Cigar Fox and Thompson's - the latter a one-time mistake I won't repeat. Great service from the others.
 
Famous is my #1 for online orders. Most of my orders arrive 1-2 days after I place the order and always in excellent condition. They seem to put a little more care into their shipping than CI.
 
I frequent a number of online retailers, so I couldn't just choose one in your survey. Most often it's CBid, Cigars Int'l, Famous Smokes or Mikes.
But I've also bought quite a bit from Serious Cigars, Atlantic & JR.
 
Whoever has what I want at the cheapest price. Many different retailers are better on different brands pricewise and it pays to shop around. I've probably purchased from ten different online retailers in the last year, if not more.
 
I've only ordered four times, so far. Three from Thompson's, once from CI. The first two TCC orders were perfect. Got exactly what I wanted, good price, delivered very quickly. The third order was a total nighmare. Took forever. I eventually got everything I ordered, though. The CI order was quick and flawless. I can see why everyone loves them so much. I've managed to avoid cbid, so far.

There are several things as Famous that I'm interested in, and a couple at CC. I don't know what my next purchase will be.
 
I've ordered a few times from Thompson. 2 out of the 4 items i've ordered from the have been on Back-order. I eventually cancelled my order after a month of waiting. Their customer service is poor also, both by phone and email.
 
Purchased around 1,300 cigars on line in the last couple of years. Here is the percentage breakdown:

I aways look for who has the lowest price for what I am looking for at the time. Taboo is a new vendor for me, as you can see they are moving up fast! :)
