Reminds me of the Tres Capas from Felipe Gregorio , http://www.felipegregorio.com/capas.htm
that TripleF and I tried once. I thought they looked like they would be an interesting smoke so I picked up a couple for us to try. Cost was $7 and change. Not dog rockets but definitely not worth the price.
