I believe spectre1 is the kind of guy that I could respect what he has to say, and most likely a valuable addition to the forum.
He seems to be another of the kind of guys like many of you ive met around here that isnt afraid to stand up for what they think, without being a total horses a$$

Franksmith takes in all the stray puppies. Then they bite him in the nads and he leaves the door open (accidentally). Somehow they leave and never come back. It's happened several times. Frank, you need to wait a while before throwing the rest of us under the bus because we don't greet the Kwaggas of the world with open arms.
Maybe I need to work on my content, maybe I need to work on my delivery. I don’t need to explain myself, but I’ll try anyway. . .
Last night, I was reading the board – spectre1 had 4-5 threads near the top of the first page and I think 8 on the first two pages. It struck ME as funny, nothing more – nothing less. I posted the poll (because this place, in my time here, is a bit poll heavy) as a joke. Some of you that may not have been amused, and so my humble apologies are in order. I have nothing against spectre1, as my fellow ‘newbie-in-arms’ we need to stick together – right?
What I do find laughable is when someone ‘dings’ you because they don’t find the joke humorous. So I will say this now - if you so care, please get the dings out of the way so we can move forward. No hard feelings, no ill-will. If I come across any of you that do on my home board, I won’t mention it and let it pass. What happens here – stays here. I’m a big kid, can take my punches, lick my wounds and walk away with my head held high.
What I also find amusing is I am a pretty active member/post whore on another board. With over 5300+ posts (did I mention I’m a post whore?), I’ve hardly made a blip on the controversial radar screen. But in my time here, a place known for being friendly and accepting, I’ve already found a way to piss off a NUMBER of members with my controversial posts. . .
I’ll continue to participate, try to learn the personalities and flow of the board, and contribute when I see fit. I do like this board and I’ll give it some more time to see if it’s accepting of me and if right for me personally.
Again, I offer my apologies to those I’ve offended.
