wine cooler

just want to know if you can use any brand of wine cooler to store cigar. I'm thinking of buying that one:

I have no idea if it is a thermo pump as it is better.

Well, just by the picture, it looks like the bottom one is a compressor unit. You ideally want to stay away from these. Look for a Thermoelectric unit. These types cause less disturbance in your RH. Vinotemps are a good way to go.
