Do any of you smarter gorillas know what this is? Production code? Top secret info for a spy? It came off the Don Pepin Garcia Black Label I smoked last night,(which was great by the way!)

Which is the initials of the person who inspected the labels. The rest means that If you actually believe any of this horse $hit You are a big dummy, or something like that.
