What are you using as a source of humidity?

The table you have it on looks like one that I bought from W-M to use as a smoking table on the porch. Are you using it just for the purpose of taking pics? Not sure I'd trust it to support the weight of a 28 bottle Vinotemp long term.

My son converted a nightstand into a humidor. He said the low water alarm went off at night after filling the tank for the first time. After a fews of days of having to top off the tank every morning he figured the upper part of the foam was probably drying out causing the alarm to go off...

I received cedar trays from bargainhumidors four weeks ago. I had to wait a couple of weeks because they were on backorder.

Why not remove the foam and fill the reservoir with distilled water? My son has the same kind of humidifier and found that it works better without the foam.

I bought my first one a few weeks ago. The wrapper looked OK at the B&M but started to unravel a bit when I was putting it in the humidor. I'll leave it in the humidor for a few months before I light it up.

My son had a similar problem with his humidor. He closed the lid, loosened the hinge screws, let the hinges align themselves making sure the lid was sealed well then retightened the screws. That solved the problem.
