Is this something that is looked into? I know some sites you only need to be 18 or 19, but the two that i want to get stuff from right now are 21+.

I have never seen any of them ask for any type of age validation. Just asks for your bday.

I just didnt know if they went through the effort to look up the info from my card or something. Im not sure if they even CAN do that.

Just place the order. If you get caught, they can't do anything legally to you since you only have to be 18 to buy tobacco.

Depends on what state you are in. In some states(Alabama, Alaska, New Jersey, Utah and some counties in New York), 19 is the legal age.

Just order and if they ask your birthday put in your dads or something. That's what I did until I was 21. I never had a problem and ordered from CI/C-Bid quite a few times.

I think that the companies just pull that BS as a CYA move. Just like P0RN sites that make you verify you are 18 (not that I have, but I have heard they do). If all else fails, Call Eric Brown at the Party Source 866-78CIGAR, he won't care and has the best prices anywhere :tu
