A gentleman I work with, I use the term Gentleman lightly as he is an OU fan.... anyways, the other day I saw him getting out of his truck with a almost done Very good looking maduro... upon my inquisition it was a Cohiba, :chk another cigar smoker! Well I mention to him that one of my favorite maduro is the 5 Vegas Series A... he's never tried.. So I bring him one today. He said he had something he wanted me to try as well. Alamo sweets. I thanked him and he rolled on home.. so here I set. Never heard of them, but I've got two sitting on my desk. I know full well every smoker to his own, anyone ever tried 'em?

If they are the ones made by Finck, not worth the time IMO.

Fincks is the oldest cigar manufacturer in the country. Older than anything in Florida. I often speak to the owner and as my flavor profile is medium to full bodied he did not recommend them to me. He is a straight up guy and the prices at his B&M are better than any I have seen across the country. Better than his internet prices that are still good. Try the Texas sweets and you will be happy for a mild and sweet cigar. Just my two cents...
