Another Father in need of Prayer.

Well, here is an update. He is a little better today. He can talk now-before he had no strength or breath. He still cannot sit up on his own. They are trying to get rid of the fluid in his lungs but not much luck. He is able to go to the bathroom with assistance and that just about does him in. He still has the blood clot in his leg and they hope to clear that up with drugs.

Thanks for the prayers, all. It sure helps.

Just saw this. So glad to hear of some progress in the right direction! Sending thoughts and prayers for a full recovery.
 
I'm glad to see that there is improvement with your Dad, Marianne. Progress is good, even when slow. He is still in our thoughts and prayers.
 
Heard last night that my dad went home. He has an appointment with a pulmonary doctor next week to check and see what is going on with his lungs.

Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes.

Oh maaaaaan! I didn't know there was a whole thread over here for MarianneDad!

SO glad to hear he is out of there and on the mend. YEAH! :tu GO DAD!

I will think of him every day anyhow and send warm prayers of health and vitality!
