Any recomendations for the Pepin line?

I just haven't developed a taste for the Blues yet. I do like the JJ and the Cuban Classic, in that order. I also like the Tat Havana VI line and I love the 5 Vegas Miami. I've found myself grabbing that stick the most lately. It has that Pepin punch but the finish, to me, is sweet. It is a great combination for my taste buds.

I would truly recommend you try all the cigars he makes.
Some you will want again.
Some will be a memory perhaps.
All are worth a try. (my favorites? JJMaduro, Cubao, Tatuaje's, Cuban Classics)

Hirsch and Garcia lonsdales are far and away my favorite Pepin blend. :tu

Lonsdales??? HyG is, by far, my favorite Pepin blend. The corona and panatela are my favorites out of the three sizes available. But as it has been mentioned the price keep going up and up.:hn

Lots of good ones listed. I really dig any of the lancero/panatela's. I also really like the Old Henry from Holts and for a cheap Pepin fix, the Ashton Benchmade's fit the bill nicely.

Check out the Pepin Whore social group. We have talked alot about some of the different products he produces.

:tpd:Great advice here!

ALL! - but if you must pick just one - Black Label in a robusto -doesn't get much better. Not a fan of the blues - tried 5 and never grew to like them. The Vegas Cubana's are a good backup.

The only Pepin I've had is the 601 Red Robusto, and it was great; I bought more the next week and try to keep a stash in the humi.

I just scored my first Tat's (Havana VI) yesterday and haven't fired one up yet . . . maybe this weekend.

Great thread. The only two Peppin's that I own boxes of (so far) is the blue & miami (both robusto). One thing I WILL be buying by the box is the Tat red label Angeles. Boy is that a nice cigar!

Would that be the 5 Vegas Miami or the Padilla Miami? Just a note, if you can find the Miami's made by Pepin stock up! He no longer makes them for Padilla.
