So whats the best way to smoke your cigarand get the most enjoyment and flavour out of it.
Some inhale the smoke which is obvioulsy not the way to smoke a cigar. From what i have seen most just breath in a little smoke then breath it out again straight away, kind of like the guys from cigar aficiando magazine.I have also seen people just take aload of smoke, hold it in there mouth for like five seconds then blow it out.

i have seen countless stuff on how to cut and light cigars, just not any on the best way to smoke a cigar.:tu

Put it in the ashtray and let it smolder for about five minutes. Relight. Repeat. That way you can make even a small cigar last all day!

No inhaling
Nose the smoke
Roll it around

Just smoke a lot and you will discover th best way for you.

I fill my mouth with rock sea salt and ethyl alcohol for 24hrs before I smoke to draw any excess tar and resin out of the palate for the most pure smoking experience.

In the evening, on my patio, with a few beers and a fire lit in chiminea, dog laying under my chair, Tribe game on the radio. :ss

Thanks for the inpt.I have just seen so many differnt ways that people employ.

Also i just brought a LA RICA Maudro and i have taken it out of the cellophane wrapper. It is only the wrapper leaf that is dark, ell its kind of a black green colour and the filler is non maduro, just plain brown. Its not oily or anything like most maduros.Looks a bit sickly.

First I light the cigar and put it in an ashtray. Then, I hold my eyes open with my fingers and place my head about two inches away from the lit end of the cigar. This allows for the smoke of the cigar to gently caress my eyeballs, causing them to tear. You must be careful here not to get too close or you will actually burn your eye and ruin the whole experience. As my eyes tear, I ever so carefully catch the falling teardrops in a cigar related shot glass. Having a shot glass that is cigar related is not really necessary; it just adds to the asthetics. Once the shot glass is about half full, I take the shot into my mouth and gargle with it for about ten seconds. It's here that you can really taste the flavors in the cigar. Wood, leather, earth, spice, any flavor in the cigar will be concentrated in the tears and thus amplified on your tongue and throughout your mouth.

I have found that when I do the above procedure with perfection, I don't actually need to smoke the cigar. Everyone knows cigars are bad for you anyway.

Man, I'd heard of the whole nose-smoking thang, but your method takes the cake. Eye-balling the smoke is the new nosing. I think you should attach a caution though: If you do this at a herf, or outside the home, a designated driver will be needed due to impaired vision.
