CA Magazine

I've been a subscriber for about a year and a half, and don't really regret it.

Yeah, they have back issues for 'free reading' at my B&M, but, for me, there's something special about getting the magazine delivered in the mail. Once I see it's there, the wheels start turnin....

hmmm, which cigar will pair well with this issue (just by judging the cover)?

It's a night o' fun, and worth $20 a year. I burned more than $20 in gas going to a herf that lasted one day.

The 'Cuba' themed issue (last year) was worth the newsstand price, and I'm always interested in seeing the 'Cigar of the Year' issue. Being a big poker fan, there are usually gaming articles that I enjoy, too!

Bottom line?

I read the local newspaper. I NEVER read my horoscope, the employment ads, or the celebrity gossip pages. Should I stop getting the paper cause I don't enjoy all of it? Nope.

CA has its place, and I'll continue to subscribe. If nothing else, once every two months I have a great reading/smoking experience.

i enjoy reading all the cigar magazines-the reviews in all of them need to be taken w/a grain of salt IMO, considering who they're backed/financed/put out by

If it wasn't for the toy articles in that Lifestyle Magazine, Cigar Aficionado, I would never have traded in my 7 passenger Lear for that 12 passenger Faulker last year, and I'd probably still be wearing Mondavi watches instead of a Rolex. Maybe the next issue will have a few articles on million dollar yachts.

I only have one real complaint about CA....I could give a crap less as to where and with whom the editor (Marvin R. "pay-me-for-good-reviews" Shanken) golfs with....other than that, as far as the high end toys/vacations are concerned...its fun to dream sometimes...

IMHO, the following are the very best of the best Cigar Magazines available! They are shown in my order of preference, from left to right!
