There are some very helpful and friendly people around here… be careful not to alienate them with some misdirected feelings.
Rather than speaking in terms of "hard or soft", try thinking in terms of relative humidity or RH. Have a look around the forum for information concerning RH and the variables that can contribute to a cigar being hard or soft.

I don't know the difference between a hard cigar and a soft cigar. I just enjoy them. I keep my humi at 65%
Cigars are to be enjoyed.......you shouldn't worry about them being 'soft' or 'hard'

It most certainly is. The RH is what makes the cigar hard or soft.
You might want to spend some time reading. There is a wealth of information here at CS. It will also afford you the opportunity to get to know some of the "personalities" here as well as get a feel for how things work.
