Free cigar from Cigar Fox

I got my free cigar yesterday. A Don Diego Aniversario, looks to be a robusto size. Thanks very much! I haven't had one of these yet and always welcome a new to me cigar. I will do business with cigarfox in the future. :)
 
I frequent the cigar factory outlet a lot!! Great place, Great people, and Great prices. I have done business with Tommy for awhile now and will always do business with him.
 
Got mine today - an R&J maduro. Nice. Also had a flyer for a freebie special on a 5-pack sampler. Will probably head over and give that a shot later. Seems like a nice site.
 
So I have yet to receive my cigar from cigar fox. I emailed them using their website 'contact' tab and told them that I responded to the free cigar posting and that I have yet to receive my cigar. I get an email back today from them telling me that unfortunately all of the free cigars were mailed out, but I was given a free coupon for a free Camacho on my next order. I explained that I took part in giving them feedback for the free cigar and that I am a part of CS, but to no avail. I do realize that I am ranting about a "free" cigar, but it is just the principle at hand! OK...the crybaby stops now!! Thanks for listening! :tu

Never received mine either but it happens. I have had a couple other free promotions never show up also so it's nothing new. I didn't put out any money, just a few minutes of my time to fill out their survey so I can't really complain. I'm sure the response from here alone was overwhelming and they probably had to draw a line somewhere so not to take too big a loss.
 
Yup, never got mine either. I don't like broken promises, and all I seem to hear about Cigar Fox is how they f-up and then try to play catchup and fix it. Unless of course they decide not to fix it all, as in this case.
 
Well I know they received several thousand (and I mean several thousand) request for free cigars and they had to weed through all the request for people that were double(triple and more) dipping. I would expect that some may have got lost in the process.

For what it's worth, I have frequent their shop often and I can tell you these people go over and above when it comes to customer service.

Every event they hold, they do something for the troops.
