JdN and Schlafly (Beer and Cigars)

I know nothing about combining cigars and beer, in fact I rarely do it. However, I found a combo that I like: JdN Antano 1970 and a Schlafly Coffee Stout. The spiciness of JdN and the full creaminess of the Coffee Stout go great together. Any other beer and cigar combos are appreciated as well as comments and suggestions. Thanks!

Personally I like it with IBC root beer.

I can't say that I have tried that combo before but it sounds like a good one. You might want to consider laying off that crappy St. Louis beer and switching to a Boulevard Stout. Just kidding, I think that Shlafly is great I just really like me some Boulevard!

JdN goes well with Yuengling Lager as well.

JdNA and Guinness go well together. The smokiness of the stout pairs well with the woodsy/leather of the antanos.

A good IPA (Saranac, dogfish) goes well with an Opus or LFD DL. The hoppy floral taste of the beer goes well w/ the cedary spice of the cigar.
