:r You have made me smile and made my day, Chub'o. Go find you some kind of good quality 100-ct min. humidor and get you a box of these, you poor devil. Merry Christmas!
I highly recommend this humidor deal just don't look at anything else on the devil site. This is a fairly nice humidor and comes with 30 decent cigars well I really like the A series and the limitada. And the other two are still very smokeable. Just don't pay to much I wouldn't pay more than a hundred shipped. And like everybody has stated BUY THE BEADS. It will save you a big head ache.:sl And if you have the beads as long as you keep them at 60-70% saturation then you shouldn't have to worry about a digital hygrometer right away. Just make sure to salt test the anolog one that comes with it and adjust the screw in the back so it reads correctly. Well welcome to cs and good luck on the humidor selection. Make sure to get at least 100+ but you don't need nothing huge cause that is what a coolerdor is for.

P.S. What's a, "Big Butt cigar?"
I'm very new at this and I've just finished reading through the beginners guides (very good) and I have been looking for a deal to get started. I've found a deal at cubancrafters for a humidor and 15 cigars. Is this a good company and deal?
Looking forward to starting
One thing to consider on cheap or any humidors is the quality of the cedar used. On cheaper humidors, the cedar will still sap somewhat, and this is not good. Higher priced humidors used well aged cedar that does not sap.
:ms You other Brothers [Of The Leaf] can't deny! :rHe likes Big Butts and he cannot lie! :r
If you've got one nearby, now is the perfect time to begin fostering a relationship with your local B&M (stands for Brick & Mortar cigar shop). You'll be paying more than if you shop online, but since you're just starting out, it'll be nice to see the products before you buy, and it'll be a big benefit to have a tobacconist to answer your questions. :2What is the best place to purchase my firsts cigars, low budge right now.
Well, thanks everyone for your input. I just purchased my first humidor. It holds 50 sticks. I just finished a salt test and now I'm getting her ready. I guess I need to start getting some supplies. What is the best place to purchase my firsts cigars, low budge right now.
Thanks for your input

Whatever you do, do NOT--I repeat--do NOT buy any cigars from Thompson. Their catalog looks very nice, and the descriptions of their cigars and the prices make it very tempting, but their house brand cigars are garbage and their prices on name brands are way high. Actually, truth be told, I bought my first humidor from them and I love it. I've had it for over 3 years and it has never failed me. Even the hygrometer is still dead accurate. BUT, don't buy any cigars from them. READ THE STICKYS about vendors and "budget" cigars. Do samplers and 5 packs. Soon you will get to know what you like and don't like. Happy hunting.
forget the humidor, forget the cigars, just run while you still have the chance.
I would stay away from humidor + cigars packages. as they are most likely crummy cigars. just spend the extra $$ on a nice humidor.. you will have NO problem filling it....
good luck, and you may consider a 2nd job..
Well, I was considering the 2nd job but it was for a new truck.
