NO MORE CIGARS! for me

whats pop? sorry to hear about the teeth mine came out when I was 16... not fun times.. I had scheduled it between soccer and basketball season so i didn't miss any games.. ha ha... good luck bro
 
I still haven't had mine out yet. The top ones came in without a problem but my bottom ones are having trouble breaking through. I guess I need to go see the surgeon soon. I'm probably going to wait until my wife starts up her new job in a year after school because her insurance will be way better than mine. So I can empathize and soon enough will be able to sympathize!
 
Oh thank God!...I thought you were saying you quit smoking...I was hoping to have a "Welcome to Las Vegas" herf with you seeing as you are headed out there the same time I am...Have fun for the next few days...
 
I was eating pizza the evening I got mine out. I think I was still feeling the Vallium though. In the words of Teddy KGB, "Dokn't kyou kworry thson, Ikt wikll akll beek kover thsoon". :D
 
Hey spamboy,,had mine out many years ago and wasn't smoking and got a dry socket,,all you need is some gauze and oil of cloves to take care of it..Just drench the balled up gauze and put it in the socket,,pain is gone and then reach for the nearest stogie..

Get well soon Sam! Had mine out a number of years back.

If you get dry socket or anything else contact your dentist ASAP. I had a case of dry socket in one of the sites and the dentist gave me something, I think it was a medicated gauze, and it solved the problem immediately.

Heres to a quick recovery!
 
Dry-Sockets are NO JOKE!

I had my Wisdom Teeth pulled back when I smoked cigarettes and snuck a few thinking it'd be ok...

...2 weeks later when the pain was waking me up at 4:00am, I was REALLY regretting not smoking for 4 days.

Stay strong...you'll be ok and back to burning in no time. ;)

hahahaha, worked for me... I actually went a third time saying that the Demerol (which replaced the ty 3's) was too strong and I got something in the middle (I never remember the name).

I lived close to where I got the surgery and walked in with the old pills (knowing the dentist can't just 'take' them back). He just told me to throw the old ones out and start using the new ones.

I was given oxycotton...it worked....VERY well.
 
enough of this crap.. tomorrow im heading down to Clear lake IOWA to party down with the family and i will def. be lighting one up for the ride down there and possibly a few over the duration of me being there-
After about a week.. i think i should be good to go... Oh man :dr its going to be a good 4th of JULY!

Any one local to there that wants to do a little herfage at the fair perhap's?
 
You should be more than good to smoke after a week. I smoked with no ill effects a little more than 48 hours after having all four out. Enjoy!
