Sauer Grapes
Entrepierna del Fuego
Smoked the second (smaller one).
First, the wrapper was a light creamy color, but it had several flaws as far as well, holes, but not beetle looking holes, just like... i dunno, imperfections. The wrapper looked as if it had been soaking wet when they put it on. The stick itself was not packed tightly, almost spongy. There were 2 actual soft spots.
The draw was very loose. It lit well enough but had burn problems throughout. Burned unevenly that is. Taste was, eh, ok. Tasted like a plain cheap cigar. No complexity, got hot before the halfway point (I admit, I only smoked half of it). I would not rate this one very high. I think this was the cheaper of the two, and if it wasn't, the cigar maker should be ashamed of themselves.
My guess.
Free Cuba - Robusto
5X50 - Connecticut wrapper
Paid $0.75 per cigar.
