I don't really have time at work to smoke a giant cigar. So I'd like to pickup a few small.. "1/2 lenght"?? shorter cigars to try and maybe pickup a box of something decent.
I stopped by a place near my office whilest looking for an ATM machine and picked up a NUB(thats what it says on the wrapper) Cameroon, Olivia Series G, NUB Connecticut to smoke along with a case to haul stogies around in.
Expensive break you could say... haha
Anyway..
Any suggestions on some good light shorties? (term?) and the best place to pickup a box of them for a fair price?
Thanks
Jake

I'm sure theirs threads regarding smoking half cigars etc? Might be worth doing a search? Just my :2 bro.:tu
Seconded. I would say it's at least a 30 min. smoke although it usually takes me about 45.If you want to go with a good cigar that won't break the bank I would go for the Rocky Patel Juniors. It's a small version of the Vintage line at 4x38.
They come 40 to a box with a everyday price tag of $49.99. I think I picked mine up from one of their weekly specials for $39.99.
Pretty good smoke for the price. It won't break your heart to toss it before it's done either.

Yeah, there's nothing short about the smoke-time of a NUB. They're stout, but they smoke just as long, if not longer than any 5x50 robusto I've ever had, and those usually last me 1-1 1/2 hours.Nubs arent really "short smokes" because they take as long to smoke as a full size cigar...that is the point of them.
I respectfully disagree with the suggestions for the Illusione 68 and the Hemingway Short Story. I find both of these to be a solid 50-60 minute smoke. Even though they're small, they burn slow, and they're too good of quality to rush through.
I'd toss Punch London Clubs into the mix. If I recall they're 5" x 38, and cost $26 per box of 25 at JR's.
