Vector Butane

Ozone89 said:
I decided to buy some Vector Fuel from Cigarmony. Once I got the fuel..I totally emptied both lighters and fueled them up with the Vector. It took me a few tries with my "go to" lighter..because of the Colibri fuel. The other table top fired up instantly..and both lighters are back to normal..better then ever.

Glad I could help out bro!

Gah, i am stuck with ronson fuel.....
its all i can get here, i guess i will have to start researching where i can get some vector or lava out in Aus.
James

I expect more in the next week or so but you can pick it up at William Sonoma if you have one of those locally. :tu

I hope this helps

Thanks mark, but i dont think US air mail will take kindly to you shipping out butane ;)

As for william sonoma, i have never heard of it....is that like a department store?

I like lava it burns well and I can get it at my local cigar shop. I have not found any of the vector fuel there and I have not put it to the test, but I will give it a try.:tu

Not to take a thing away from Mark and Cigarmony, but the cans at Williams Sonoma are not too outrageously overpriced, either.

FWIW, if you've got the time, order from www.cigarmony.com, but if you're in a pinch, the Williams Sonoma down at the mall will get you a can for $6.00

william sonoma is a cooking store

oh i see, i cant say i frequent cooking stores, and would be hugely surprised if they even had butane in the few stores i know of...

If i could order butane from mark i would, however being an aerosol, the only way would be sea, and then you have to pay more for 'dangerous' goods....

Dont have williams sonomas here either to my knowledge, maybe i will call the cooking stores we do have and see if they have any.....

Most cooking stores keep butane in stock for Creme Brulee preparation. Hopefully you'll find something other than Ronson fuel when you get there.

No problem at all bro, I recommend William Sonoma all the time. Usually, by the time you need butane, you REALLY need butane and it's cheaper and easier to pick it up locally :tu

Ronson is all that I have ever used for years and have had no problems with my lighters. Buy it at almost any drug store. Half the cost of the esoteric fuels.

I can't count how many lighters I have seen that have been ruined by Ronsons dirty fuel. I knew thay had to have at least one customer. Good job keeping them in business. :tu :D

Vector burns hotter and mucho cleaner.

Couldn't find Vector under the lighters, cases and butane section of your web site. Where are you hiding it?

That's Cigarmony :D

While I have had bad experiences with Colibri lighters in general, I have had great experience with Vector Quintuplus actually getting lighters that previously didn't work to fire up!

Just make sure to purge all the old fuel out (several times, so it's completely empty) prior to filling.

I hope this helps

Mark may be temporarily out of stock. If He has any in, it will be listed in the lighter section. Did you check all the pages under the lighter section?

I've got Lava right now (5 times refined) and it works great. I've been filling up friends lighters with it and they are amazed at how well their lighters work.
