Good idea Paul.

Looks like some Gorillas are really pitching in.....you already have the lava site on there....here is one of my favs.

www.climmax.com

they have climmax media for both 65% and 70% humidors. Also they have travel tubos for keeping you humidity at the right level while on the road with your travel humi.

Thats all I have to add.....

The product is great...when you can get it. I placed an order early Feb. and still no delivery. Verns a good guy, however customer service has been atrocious; doesn't return emails, when and if you get him on the phone he says "I'll ship tomorrow"...well...I'm still waiting.
IMO, if you have inventory coming and you want to be sure of reasonable delivery time, go heartfeltindustries.com!

I may be partial, but I gautantee Billboardtobacco.com has the best prices on samplers ie Padron Anniversary Sampler, or Don Carlos Sampler.

AND

Lowest Clearance Prices on Premium Cigars Here...

Ian Hannah

For AF DC's (one of my favorite nc's) these guys are hard to beat! I've picked up a couple boxes at unbelievable prices, along with some Padron maddie samplers supersized with a couple naturals and it was a terrific deal. Good chance to try some of the best sticks on the market at very reasonable prices. Good customer service too, thanks Ian!

In retrospect, maybe I should have given more thought before posting that. There are circumstances and events that occur where a vendor may not be in position to offer his customary service. When a respected Botl like C'top, with much more insight/experience than myself touts a vendor, I should think twice before judging. For that I apologize.

Been Waiting to post this...

I made an order with www.tobaccobarns.com for some A/F Classics (Late B-day present.)

And my experience was overall a positive one. I got 10 A/F Classics, A free cutter, and they came in a Cubita cigar box complete with a water-pillow.

As well, their prices are some of the best I've seen for Opus X's and A/F Hemingway's.

However they don't have a live inventory, and emailing them doesn't really work very well (I emailed them 3 times, got no response so I finally just placed my order and called them.)

Also, expect to have to call them back again for a tracking #. Since the only email you receive is the initial (Order Processed)

Still, for the prices, it was worth the extra effort, and they were professional, courteous, and willing to help when I got them on the phone.

So OverAll a good thumbs up experience. My only suggestion to them would be to check their email more often. :p

those prices arent all that hot. 1964 Mad Annies are $285. buymoreigars.com has them for $245

Ok guys, I have to put in a good word for Cuban Crafters, they only sell boutique cigars but they are very good. They also have some fantastic cutters and humidors and have the best guarantee around. Give them a look, I have done a lot of business with them and have always been pleased. Be sure to look at their closeout items, some are very good deals.

lilbrown.com and famous-smoke.com get my money. I make ALL my purchases from them. Here in dayton there is no good tobacco shops so I go to these guys.

Your right that the rare stuff is higher but they have them.

However, their regular line stuff seems to beat most.

$200 more for a box of Hemingway Classic Maduro vs. natural! More than a little excessive. It pisses me off when retailers jack up the prices on the rarer smokes, while they sell the regular lines at MSRP. That's basically spitting in the face of your customers. Sorry, off the soapbox now.

I just got to give high praise to Bonita smoke shop. I was wanting to try someone new and gave them a try. I ordered about 9pm est they called me this morning and told me that my box of ERDM robusto oscuro I order are out of stock. I forget the ladies name. However she told me that they have the robusto larga in stock. They won't get the robusto (normal) in until next week. She then says you know what I will just send you the robusto larga for the same price of the robusto oscuro. Now it's only about 8 bucks in difference however that is what I call great customer service and because of that they have created a repeat customer.

so thank you CS and the OP of this thread for letting me know about them and like I told her on the phone. Thank you Bonita smoke shop and your great customer service.

wow, great thread here. I was about to start a new thread asking which online vendors everyone bought their cigars from. Glad I took a minute to read this, so I dont like dumb =P

Haven't purchased from them yet (waiting to come up with $200 to get free shipping), but Habana House in Austin seems very reasonable for online prices. The humidor club membership is only for walk-ins though, and the retail store prices are more than the web prices.
