What did I get myself into?

I never smoked a cigar before 2 months ago. Then it was a month until I had another. Last week I bought a 40 count humi thinking it would be more than enough. It is on my porch at home waiting for me. I have 37 cigars waiting for it. What the heck is going on. This is ridiculous. I guess you are definately right when you say to imagine the largest amount of cigars you can ever think of owning and then double it. I figured I would own 50-100...EVENTUALLY. I had no idea how fast this would start and grow.

It becomes an obsession., I started with a 75 count humidor and I purchased a 150 count. Sold both those humidors on ebay and I bought 300 count humidor which stores estimated 275 cigars. I also have a 25 count hunidor on my desk and a wine cooler which has another 150 cigars. It becomes a sickness.. you just have to have more and more... I could smoke 2 cigars a day and make it through the winter without buying another stick... I estimate over a grand in just cigars.

Heh, I guess I'm still in the "lucky" stage being I'm still quite new and learning. :) I'd been buying random sticks that caught my eye for whatever reason. Now I'm buying some of the more popular and highly recommended brands to sample them. As a result, I'm only buying 1-2 of each brand so far so my 50 count humi still has plenty of room. Currently have 11 sticks in there. Just ordered two Oliva's and a Palio cutter (which comes with a free 5 pack of Stogies from atlanticcigar) so with those 7 I'm still only at 18. With that I'm holding ground till I smoke some more and see which brands or specific lines I like. I'm aiming to find my favorites! As a beer connoisseur I have sooo many favorites BUT... I do have one absolute top favorite. So with cigars I'm hoping to achieve the same, after which I'll have no problem ordering boxes. It is at that point that I will find myself needing a larger humi for sure :ss

Yeah, you'll find out that it happens quickly. In the morning when you wake up you'll find out you need a bigger humi. Hehehe.

I started with a box of cigars on the bookshelf.
Then I bought a 300ct. humi.
Now I have two 38ct. winadors, two display humis, a 200 ct. desktop, and about 40 jar humis. I think thats it. Not real sure. Oh yeah, a travel humi. Almost forgot. :)
I'm going to ditch it all and build a display top cabinet humi the eclipses anything I've ever imagined.
