Sorry guys, but publicly posting a picture of a product that became damaged in a minor way, when it is well known that this particular manufacturer has one of the absolute BEST return/repair/replace policies, then refusing to have the problem fixed, is NOT "just making a point about quality control" or "making them aware they should use" more glue...
If you really wanted to help you would have just contacted the manufacturer. As Peter said early on:

I'm horribly puzzled at the up and arms attitude when i post something relatively(<- keyword) negative regarding Palio. I posted a picture of the crest missing with NO TEXT and everyone assumes I was crying and moping when one post later i clarified that I wasn't even looking for a return.
Then you ask "why even make this thread, it's pointless, could have been resolved through manufacturer"
Then i cite the "joe's daily deal thread" in which a similar post was made with "just check the daily deal, we dont need a thread" and the response was "Input on the deals, competitor's deals, current cigar feedback from BOTLs is fruitful for some". In the same manner, I was under the impression Palio higherups frequented these forums and was curious as to if this was a recurring problem.
Then I continuously get called underhanded which doesn't quite compute with the numbers i'm crunching because normally an underhanded act provides something gained for the underhandee.
In conclusion, why was this just now brought up? I though this trainwreck on condescension and misunderstanding was gone days ago but apparently the thought wasn't settled.
