2 weeks have past and nothing!

Got the cutter back last week. They sent a new one rather than fixing it. Took longer than 2 weeks, but I am pleased.

:tu Sent me a free sheath for my cutter within a weeks time.

I went online and registered my cutter along with 2 lighters. 2 weeks later I get the free sheath for my cutter and leather pouches for both lighters. Great extras from Xikar. :tu:tu

I know this thread is old.. But I just sent in my Xi2 for repair/replacement, as the spring in the middle stopped working, and now it does not open when I push the little button. I have a Palio, so I am doing ok, but it would be really nice to have a Xikar as an option.

Shoot a little Graphite Silicone in there and see what happens ?

Same thing happened to me about a month ago, I sent it in and got a new one within two weeks. BTW, the action on the new one is amazing, I think that they have done a great job on working the kinks out of the xi2.
