    Casa Magna?

I've smoked one sample and really enjoyed it. Pretty one dimensional smoke but a very good one at that!

Davidoff Millenium Blend Robusto (pics) 56k beware

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I think you may have set up your own experience up for failure to some degree due to expectations and the fact that you dropped 30 bones on the cigar. I've done similar and been disapponited. I find the Millennium Blend Davidoffs to be of the finest...

    Opus is in..

Love these things. I always put them down for a long nap, which is hard to do but I know the rewards are worth it. Picked up 6 of the DCs and 3 xXx over the past couple days. That's enough for this round. I wouldn't hesitate to pick up a few Robustos if I found 'em though :ss I was VERY...

    Why do you smoke?

Because I love it. Rest, relaxation when I'm alone. Comradarie when I'm with fellow smokers. Exploring different cigars from different countries, with different blends. It's an awesome experience.

    Opus X Power Ranger

Definitely a different animal with some time on them. I actually smoked a 5 year old sample last night. Outstanding cigar minus that brashness/in your face power. Spice still prevalent but lacking in the power dept. I think my favorite is around the 2 year mark.

    Padron 1926 Anniversary #35 maduro

This thread got me thinking today and I went and grabbed a #35 Nattie for lunch today :tu Excellent cigar. One thing that gets me, though, is how one dimensional these cigars are (Padron 26's in general). Even the big ones are pretty straightforward. Excellent, but singular IME.

    Ashton ESG

I smoked the Robusto on Tuesday. Good stick and sneaky strong... but not worth the price IMO. Definitely the best Ashton I've ever had, though.

    Cabaiguan Maduro 46

Thanks for the review. I just picked one of these up last Tuesday and am waiting anxiously to give it a try.

    Padron 1926 Anniversary #35 maduro

I prefer the 26's to the 64's... as you mentioned, they are a smoother stick. The 35 is my lunch smoke often times. I love them, though I'm partial to the natural wrapper. Excellent cigars:tu

    Denver - Churchill Bar

Sorry, mate. I just saw this. Back home now. I did stop around 7 Tuesday night and enjoyed a nice cigar and some locally roasted coffee from the place across the street. Great shop, nice smoking area, good selection, great guys and a resident pooch - Cosmo - who was cool. I will definitely...

    Denver - Churchill Bar

I'm going to be in Denver tomorrow night and am looking for a place to smoke. Any place with a nice house humi. I was going to stop here. I thought I packed heavy but have got into the stock a little much and need a few sticks:tu

    My first OpusX

Excellent well balanced and complex cigars when aged. They lose some of that kick you in the ass spice, although there is definitely still spice. Love them:tu Nice review.

    Who is actively aging NC's?

Padron 26's Davidoffs Opus X All benefit from aging IMO.

    Fuente Opus X Lancero Review

Really nice review. I have two of these in the box that I can't bring myself to smoke. Maybe in a couple of years. Need to procure a few more to put down as well. :tu

    Downers Grove - The Humidor

Have heard some good things about this place and will have to check it out. I've only been to Stogies of Hinsdale once and enjoyed the experience. Found some well aged cigars when I was there that made me very happy :ss
