The humidity sounds just fine... only way to know for certain if it fits your preference is to store a few sticks in there and smoke them. In any case, the cigars won't be damaged at those levels. :2

I've got at least one tubo that has a cork composite insert in the cap. Probably goes a long way toward keeping the humidity constant but I wouldn't trust it for more than a day.

I typically open the tubos and inspect the cigars before placing them in my humi and have yet to encounter mold problems. I don't know if it is because I open them and they don't reseal entirely or if I have just been lucky but that is my experience to date.
