:tpd: Man.I was afraid i was the only one.:r I'm going to go buy a Garcia from 7-11 right now, just to bring back the memories.:D

June 1962 on a 6th grade trip to Washington, DC.
One of those giant souvenir cigars (probably 12 X 96).
We smoked it on the ledge outside our window so we wouldn't get busted by the teachers. Only recollection was that it was very strong.

My first cigar, over twenty years ago, was, I believe, the Garcia y Vega Presidente.

Some 35 years ago, however, I got ahold of a grape bubble gum cigar. I don't inhale cigar smoke, but for some reason, I ate the bubble gum cigar. You think those things are purple and grape-smelly going in . . .

Another Swisher here. One summer after playing a game of poker we went out on my friend's back porch and we each smoked one. My next was a Romeo y Julieta my dad gave me on a camping trip. Good times.

Antonio Y Cleopatra Grenadier...I liked the first one so much that I bought four more. I still have two of them. :ss

My 1st cigar was a Cuban Montecristo #4 in 1996 at the Tryp Hotel in Cayo Coco Cuba..... I had it with an expresso, and man o' man, they
became my favorite petit corona and still are. Now I always have some
in my humidor amongs other Cuban and non-Cubans.

My first cigar was back in '98 and it was the original Oliva red fabric band. I think the size was called the Oasis. Man was that good! I still have one left!

My first "real" cigar and the one that got me interested was a Siglo 1. Prior to that I had smoked the odd primetime and a fake Cohiba.
