Can someone help us- what is this supposed to look like??!! I don't see anything wrong with the cutter.
+1... I've never seen a Palio before, so what's wrong with it?
The little metal trim piece which is glued in has fallen out. see pic.

Shipping twice and replacing an entire unit for what i've calculated to be .006 cents of super glue isn't my style.
I just thought this was a poor place to have a problem and maybe make aware they should use more than one femtoliter of adhesive per botl crest.
As others have stated, any Palio retailer will exchange it for you. No need to ship twice. Or you could just glue it back in yourself. Wouldn't that make this whole issue go away?

As he said before; he was just making a point about quality control. It's all the "well meaning" folk posting days after that won't let this horse die without a good beating.

you were set on making a point in a backhanded way.
and now the mods close the thread...
Sorry guys, but publicly posting a picture of a product that became damaged in a minor way, when it is well known that this particular manufacturer has one of the absolute BEST return/repair/replace policies, then refusing to have the problem fixed, is NOT "just making a point about quality control" or "making them aware they should use" more glue...
If you really wanted to help you would have just contacted the manufacturer. As Peter said early on:
A femtoliter (fL) is a measure of volume that is equal to one-quadrillionth of a liter.
He used the word femtoliter! If you guys can't at least give him props for that, you all deserve Cremosa pie for breakfast.

This thread is out of control and reeks of pie. Since the mods won't close it, I am going to attempt to add everyone involved into my Friends List. If you do accept my invitation, I will PM you every 30 seconds saying "Do you like me now?"
