I've had a couple of the blends, and I would say they get better after a couple of months rest to ease the harshness. I thought it was a good value smoke, and can be gotten cheap on CI or the devil site.
:tpd::tpd:
As long as it doesn't feel like it's going to take wrapper with it I take it off. I generally set it next to me so I can admire what a great cigar aficionado I am, and to make sure everyone around knows what I'm smoking... :bn
...or I just stick it in my pocket to take home with me :ss
All I want to know is where they got all that talent from? Must've been from mom!
:D:D:D
Kidding (sort of) Al...here's hoping Jr makes the practice squad (always good lessons there!) and congrats on the new Captain!
I would think you would offer them up here, in the WTS forum. You may not like a particular cigar, but that doesn't mean nobody does...just my :2
I can not say I've ever thrown away cigars that didn't have a problem of some sort.
I actually rather like the Honduran Sun Growns. I've also been kicked in the a$$ by the SF Lancero...strong smoke, and not for everyone!
But as a starter, do what a lot of us did, go for the sampler!
I have enjoyed the maduro in the past...but I agree, they need some time in the humi to settle down into a decent smoke. After 2 months I thought they were a very nice smoke, though.
I have to say that sounds great! I believe that very little compares to the relaxation of a cigar and the great outdoors. Way to take advantage of that, and reminding us of how great it can be!
:ss:ss
Wasn't going to put another thread about the great service Rob provides (seemed a bit redundant) but I just put a note in the comments of an order saying I needed shipping delayed a week as I was going to be out of town, and it shipped exactly on the day requested! Thanks!
