    I finally found a cigar I LOVE...

The Exodus 1959 perfecto has filled the same spot for me. Great smoke; reasonable price.

    Nub 460 Habano

Had the same stick (is it really a stick?) yesterday. Pretty tasty, good burn. I prefer the Cameroon, and I think the torpedo makes them easier to smoke.

    Working from home

Every Friday. I set up a little desk by assembling parts of my tailgate gear and fire up a few sticks before the kids get home from school.

    Short cigar questions...

You can find some good deals on the Punch Champion sometimes, too. Not too much bigger than short story, but a bigger ring gauge. 55 MPH winds will speed up the way a stick burns, in my experience.

    Trip to the B&M and C-bid pick up's ( Pics )

Wow. I was all excited to land the last 3 Opus X at JR in Statesville this evening. But they were little. And only 2. *sigh*

    The Illusione M7

Interesting thought. I enjoyed the cg:4's I have had, but tend to really like perfectos. I thought about getting a box of the M7's, but couldn't convince myself. I'll have to track down a few singles and see how they compare in the larger ring gauge.

    JRs Cigar in Selma

JR is pretty good. I pass by the Burlington and Statesville stores all the time while driving for work. There are some good deals to be had, especially if you are buying in quantity. 5+, and boxes. Unfortunately, they don't carry a lot of cigars I really like (Tatuaje, for instance)...

how have you spent your day so far

Headed out to a rainy tailgate around lunch time, and scrounged up some fun in spite of the weather. The rain held off for the entire game, but the good guys managed to lose on the backs of WAY too many turnovers. Still caught up with some good friends. No smokes today, but a great day...

    It happened!

I find this fixes many issues. Really bad situations might require 8, but you will get better (by better, I mean fatter). Delicious!! :tu

    Tower of Power Lights

Not to beat a dead horse . . . but some pics would be great. :bx (oh yeah, and congrats on the new humi!) :tu

Had a double-ligero robusto last night. Tasty, but strong!

    slope much?

Some nice looking sticks in there! New Opus? Found a pair this week, myself. we all find the same slope. I got a 25-count box to store some gifted cigars. Then got a 125-count . . . and filled it. Got another 150-count . . . and it's pretty full. I already have the vinodor, but have...

Opus X Storage / Aging question.

On. I figure that I have paid a LOT for that cello, I want it to work for me.

    Your humidor vs B&M's...

Once you get settled in with brands you like, I don't think anything can beat the comfort of home, and you get the humidity and burn you expect. But, to echo what some have said, when I do smoke at a B&M, I find myself trying something new.

    Opinions of Nub Cigars

I like the Cameroon, too. They are not a go-to smoke, but any means (I have a few in my humi, and they seem to be escaping my reach), but I am not put out by them.

    Opus is in..

Picked up a couple of sticks this afternoon. Two Opus limit, but really did not expect to see any at all.

    How I Cut A Torpedo !

Nice tutorial. Thanks for sharing. I will occasionally cut a top at an angle. I had heard that about concentrating the smoke on the palate. I don't notice a great difference, however.

Just moved looking for local B&M in Ga

Was just in Duluth last week for work, and paid a visit to Mack's. Pretty good selection of Tat's in their humidor. Good people. Picked up some San Cristobal's and La Riqueza's. Yum!

    Need some suggestions for 'Port'

Good thread, and some nice suggestions. Thanks to the experts. Do you store a Port the same as you would your other reds?
