Blazer PB-207cr

Thje PB-207 is the best cigar lighter I have found. The CR (Child Restraint) is the only one that can be legally sold in the US and is a little more money due to the CR addition. The price will probably go down after a little while when the new wears off.

I'd be down for a PB-207. Although that link above for 25 and 0 ship is probably about as good as it'll get.

i got mine a few weeks ago, and love it.. what i notice is how effiecient it is.. it lasts a long time in between fill ups..

Im emailing a few people and seeing if i can beat that price with a group buy, seems like we got a few interested monkeys. (myself included)

If this happens, I'm in for a pair.

Have not yet done a group buy here in the jungle. But, I'm tired of problems with my Colibri and these sound like good reliable lighters. Let us know if you get a deal.

I was not able to get anything together that would save enough to make it worth doing a group buy on. I think the best i got was five dollars off; and nothing to beat the 25$ price on the prince.
maybe next time.

In my experience those guys (25 dollar prince) have good service as well. The 2 I bought there arrived yesterday ... I ordered exactly 7 days earlier.

I plan on getting one, just wont be able to get the group buy going. Think im gonna spring the extra five bucks and get one that says "Blazer" on it. I think (not sure) that this one Does not have the Child Lock on it. and its only 31 bucks.

That one won't have the lock on it but should say Blazer on it.

The only 2 ways to get the lighter before it was "re-released" at the '05 RTDA with the safety lock were from overseas or from a tool store. You do have to document this will be used for a business if you order from the tool warehouse; the lighter can't be sold as a lighter without the child safety lock. See their disclaimer posted below

The nice thing about ordering from that $25 HK place is that they have other interesting stuff there. If you get the order up to $50, you get free express shipping that always (and I mean always) arrives in a week or less. They ship items that require humidity control with humidipaks.

The one from there is Prince Japan but not blazer and not child proof. Quite a nice piece.

Yeah, i saw that, my uncle has his own welding buisness, i'll just get his buisness Tax Id Number. The childlock might just be too complicated for me, so im gonna try to get one without it. And I just think "blazer" sounds better than "prince" LOL.
Im getting this lighter because of you Matt, so if i dont like it, im calling you for a refund.:D

You can also order PB-207 if you have a Trade License. During the checkout I put my Elect Lic.# in the Comments section at Tooltopia. Its selling there for $33.00, at first they said no, then reversed themselves the next day. Honestly, I think they went to my States Consumer Protection Website to make sure I had a License. The one from ToolTopia is a Blazer PB-207 w/ rubber stand the old model, as I understand it. I'm not sure If the license thing will work at thetoolwarehouse but it did at ToolTopia. I do not have a business and they shipped it to my home address.

I called Blazer and spoke with customer service who informed me the new PB-207 either with or without the cr does not come with the rubber stand anymore. I think I may have gotten an older model.. I thought I'd post this as a FYI.

Got mine from the same place about 2 weeks ago and have since put it through the ringers. Came out with flying colors...now just hope it withstands the tests of time.

Somebody on here said that the " Prince pocket torch" which is the Japan rip off of the Blazer PB-207 is a piece. Well let me say this. I do not smoke expensive cigars and I'm not rich and I own one of those cheap rip off's. I have owned my Prince pocket torch for 8 years and never ever had a problem with it and I paid $5 for it at a flea market. There is no difference between the two, except the price. I also own several other lighters, but the Prince is my favorite. Who ever said Colibri is junk doesn't know much about lighters either. The only time you have problems with these type of lighters is when you don't fill them correctly and when you go from inside where it is cold to 90 degree weather or the other way around. From the nice warm house to the freezing cold outdoors. That is why some of the better lighters come with an adjustment on them. So you can get the pressure correct. Butane lighters are touchy they don't like temperature changes and they certainly don't have a brain. So sometimes there owners might have to adjust them to get them to light. If you want dependability, buy a Zippo and enjoy the taste of lighter fluid, yummy. With that said I think it's time to smoke a Newport!!
