I totally understand that this is going to involve a lot more than attending a few classes. I would need at least 3 or 4 years working in the industry (wine shop, restaurant, etc.) before I can even start on that path.
I know a little bit more than the average person, and its not even a drop...
Both actually. I've been thinking about getting my feet wet in that industry, but I have no experience. I figured the worst thing that could happen is getting away for a long weekend and I learn more about something I'm very much into.

how is the Hudson - i rememeber in a previous post you said it was good but not great- change your mind? I think I want to try a bottle.
pepin is not there- pretty big crowd at 3pm- spoke with the gentleman rolling the cigars- very nice. the fresh smoke smells totally different than i would have thought. Hes rolling the same blend as the Blue Label.
Unfortuntalty, you cant buy the fresh rolled, they only come as a special.
